Enrollment & Registration Fee – Service Overview
The Enrollment & Registration Fee covers the essential preparation steps for a smooth, successful start in our Home Education Instructional Program. This process ensures academic and therapeutic needs are reviewed and addressed in advance, allowing us to create a tailored plan for each student.
Included Services
1. Student Records Review
Review of academic records, transcripts, and report cards
Evaluation of standardized test results and previous assessments
Review of IEPs, 504 Plans, or other accommodation documents (if applicable)
Academic assessments
2. ABA Treatment Plan Review
Examination of the current ABA therapy treatment plan
Review of progress reports and behavioral goals
Integration of therapeutic objectives into the educational plan
3. Consultation with Teacher/Tutor/Family
One-on-one meeting to discuss:
Academic goals and learning needs
Strengths, areas for growth, and special interests
Curriculum planning and instructional strategies
4. Meeting with Clinical Director of ABA Therapy Program
Collaborative discussion with the Clinical Director to align educational and behavioral goals
Recommendations for integrating ABA strategies into the classroom setting
Identification of supports to ensure continuity between therapy and academics

Payment of Enrollment/Registration Fee
Secures a spot in the intake process.
Submission of Academic & ABA Records
Parent/guardian provides all relevant academic, support, and therapy documentation.
Comprehensive Records Review
Education team and Clinical Director review student information.
Consultations
Family meets with teacher/tutor and Clinical Director to finalize the integrated plan.
Outcome
Families receive a personalized education plan that integrates both academic and ABA therapy goals, ensuring continuity of care and a strong foundation for success in the program.
