Home Education Instructional Program

Our program is not a school. Academic All-Stars is a Home Education Instructional Program that integrates learning activities in a structured, supportive environment while also supporting your child’s growth through ABA therapy.

To be eligible for enrollment in our in-person Academic All-Stars Program, your child must be receiving ABA therapy services through ABA Path.

Every child learns in their own way, and some children simply need a different kind of setting to thrive. Academic All-Stars is designed for children with diverse needs and unique abilities who may benefit from a smaller, more individualized learning environment.

We blend personalized instruction with ABA-informed strategies to help students grow academically, build confidence, and develop important life skills. With small groups and individualized support, students can learn at their own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment.

In addition to our in-person home education program, we now offer flexible learning options, including full-time enrollment, part-time enrollment, virtual homeschool support, tutoring services, physical education, and after-school, school break, and vacation programs.

Families may use Step Up For Students FES-UA funding, making it easier to access the supports their child needs. At ABA Path, we believe every learner has the potential to shine, and Academic All-Stars is here to help students grow, learn, and become the star they were meant to be.

Learning Supports Overview

• Reviewing and supporting the development of IEPs or 504 plans for families considering or transitioning between homeschool and public school

• Continued collaboration with a BCBA for addressing challenging behaviors

• Teaching parents’ effective strategies for supporting learning at home

• Helping families connect with other local educational, therapeutic, or social resources

• Opportunities for creative, social, and hands-on enrichment experiences.

• Ensures your child’s scheduled sessions continue, even if their primary provider is unavailable, by arranging qualified backup coverage.

• Guidance on purchasing required curriculum and learning materials.

• Assistance in building and maintaining a homeschool learning portfolio.

• Support with completing required yearly evaluations and optional standardized testing.

• Formal or informal assessments to identify strengths and needs.

• Help setting up and maintaining a compliant homeschool program.

• Guidance navigating educational systems and securing accommodations or supports.

    This fee covers reviewing student records and therapy plans, consultations with the family and clinical team, academic assessments, and creating a personalized education plan that integrates academic and ABA goals for a smooth start in the program.

    The Homeschool Enrichment Program Fee covers the cost of additional hands-on learning experiences, field trips, and creative activities that enhance and extend your child’s core learning program.

    This is an optional service add on per parent/guardian request.

    Homeschool Program Supply Fee – Additional materials and resources not included in the standard Full Time Progam Cost.

    This is an optional service add on per parent/guardian request.

  • Fee: $125 per service/program

    Extra 1:1 instruction, added curriculum/materials, & expanded learning support beyond standard cost.
